Introduction
Welcome to Elytra (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elytra platform and related services (the “Service”). Elytra enables the automated processing of transaction requests between users and third-party payment providers such as Natcash and Wise.
Elytra does not custody user funds as a bank or wallet. It acts as a secure orchestration layer for initiating and routing verified instructions between licensed financial entities.
By using Elytra, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
Service Description
Elytra is a software platform that provides automation tools and APIs to connect user instructions with third-party financial systems. When you submit a request:
- The request is validated and encrypted.
- Elytra forwards the instruction to Natcash or Wise via secure APIs.
- Elytra tracks the status of the request and provides confirmation, including internal status updates such as pending, processing, completed, failed, cancelled, and refunded.
Fees and Payments
Elytra presents a quote before confirmation. The quote separates Natcash fees, regulated partner fees, international provider fees, and Elytra commission. Fees are applied for automation, verification, and secure request routing.
All monetary transactions occur through Natcash or Wise according to their own terms and policies. Elytra does not charge hidden fees, store payment credentials, or collect user funds directly.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming binding agreements.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must ensure all information provided (name, Natcash/Wise details, etc.) is accurate and up to date.
- You may not use Elytra for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
- Transfers at or above the applicable threshold may require KYC verification before execution.
Third-Party Services
Elytra integrates with external financial services such as Natcash (Digicel Haiti) and Wise (UK/EU). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Elytra is not responsible for any issues, delays, or errors caused by third-party systems, including failed transfers or miscommunications between APIs.
Limitation of Liability
Elytra provides a technical interface for automated requests and does not guarantee the successful completion of financial transactions handled by third-party providers.
