Elytra FAQ

Simple answers about Natcash to Wise, Wise to Natcash, fees, security, and Elytra's role.

How it works

What is Elytra?

Elytra helps users prepare, track, and coordinate transfer requests between Natcash and Wise. Elytra is not a bank, not a wallet, and does not replace Natcash or Wise.

How does Natcash to Wise work?

You choose your Natcash account, Wise account, and HTG amount, then review the rate, Elytra fees, and estimated USD received before confirming the request.

Does Elytra hold my money?

No. Elytra is not a deposit account or custodial wallet. Settlement depends on the relevant payment partners and networks.

Fees, cancellation, and data

What fees apply?

The confirmation screen shows a quote with Natcash fees, regulated partner fees, international provider fees, and Elytra commission before the request.

Can I cancel a request?

Cancellation is generally possible while a request is pending or processing in Elytra. Once partner settlement has occurred, cancellation or refund depends on partner rules.

How is KYC handled?

Elytra plans to use a specialized KYC provider API. Elytra may store verification status, provider name, reference, and last-check date, while identity documents remain with the KYC provider.
